Choosing this option allows you to build your very own bar experience from scratch step by step. It’s ideal for those who want to provide their own liquor. Some of our services won’t be available if you go with The Bare Bones, but you’ll still be able to book staff, choose cool cocktails from our infamous cocktail menu, have us supply all the mixers & garnishes, and even rent some bars & glassware! If you want to opt for something more all encompassing, check out The Works option.

The Staff

  • Bartenders: $90/Hour

  • Bar Backs: $50/Hour

  • Servers: $50/Hour

  • Bussers: $50/Hour

  • Hosts: $50/Hour

  • Event Captains: $150/Hour

  • Captain Servers: $90/Hour

All The Fixin’s

  • Mixers/Garnishes/Cups/Ice/Napkins/Straws

  • $1.50/Guest/Hour; $300 min.

  • All the odds & ends you’ll need to round out the bar

  • You’ll be able to make tons of classic cocktails with fresh ingredients.

  • You’ll get to choose as many cocktails as you want from the best cocktail catering menu in the country (we accept all challengers to the contrary)

  • Perfected classic cocktails

  • Custom designs available as well

  • Average cost at $1.90/Cocktail Serving; Sold in packs of 50 servings.

Rentals

  • Custom High Volume Bar Rentals: $250-$500

  • Glassware Rentals: $2.50/Guest/Hour (includes staff!)

  • Floor Mats, Tables, Trash Cans, Recycling Bins: $10ea

  • Canopies: $50

  • Extra Ice Tubs & Bus Tubs: $5

  • High Top Tables: $50
