Bartenders

Bartenders are $90/Hour. We usually charge for (at least) one hour of setup and half an hour of breakdown. Bartenders have a 4 hour minimum, which does include the setup & breakdown time.

Servers

Servers are $50/Hour. Our servers are ideal for tray passing food/drinks, cleaning up after guests, bussing glassware, and pouring wine/champagne/water for guests at tables. We usually charge for (at least) one hour of setup and half an hour of breakdown. Servers have a 4 hour minimum, which does include the setup & breakdown time.

Bar Backs

Bar Backs are $50/Hour. Our bar backs are incredibly useful for larger parties. They assist in keeping the bar stocked with ice, garnishes, and alcohol, so the bartenders never have to stop service to do it themselves. They can also assist in trash disposal, bussing glassware, and pouring simple drinks to alleviate any busy lines. We usually charge for (at least) one hour of setup and half an hour of breakdown. Bar Backs have a 4 hour minimum, which does include the setup & breakdown time.

Bussers

Bussers are $50/Hour. Our bussers can be hired to buss glassware and clear trash during a party. We usually charge for (at least) one hour of setup and half an hour of breakdown. Bussers have a 4 hour minimum, which does include the setup & breakdown time.

Captain Servers

Captain Servers are $90/Hour. Captain Servers are required when an event has 4 or more servers. They are essential to organizing the staff and making sure service runs smoothly. We usually charge for (at least) one hour of setup and half an hour of breakdown. Captain Servers have a 4 hour minimum, which does include the setup & breakdown time.

Event Captains

Event Captains are $150/Hour. An Event Captain is highly recommended when an event has 10 or more staff. They act as a liaison between the entire team and the event planner and are there to make sure the beverage & service part of your production perform at the highest caliber. We usually charge for (at least) one hour of setup and half an hour of breakdown. Event Captains have a 4 hour minimum, which does include the setup & breakdown time.

Hosts

Hosts are $50/Hour. A Host can be hired to direct your guests towards the event and deliver any instructions you may have for your them. They can also manage a coat room, facilitate check-ins, direct vehicles towards nearby parking lots, and are just there to elevate the experience of your guests. They may periodically help buss tables if the other staff needs it, but they are not required to. Hosts have a 4 hour minimum.
